The purpose of Disney's 50th advert is to sell, to entice people into coming to celebrate the anniversary. It shows how everyone can have the magic no matter who they are.

It is aimed at families but manly those who love Disney. This is because it is a theme park with rides for everyone but they all link to a Disney film or character. It starts off with a master shot of the castle then goes into a long shot of a child and a Disney cast member, it then goes into slow motion using special effects to show the magic of Disney.


The special effects continue throughout the promo and it gives a broad appeal across all the parks to give you a feel for each one. The promo comes to the end with floating text to give you the key information and then fades into black. 
The audio visual promo is kept short which is good as they make it a sneak peak into what you can expect making the audience intrigued and want to look into it and potentially buying tickets.


Music Video

Straight Outta Compton: (23) N.W.A. - Straight Outta Compton (Official Music Video) - YouTube

The purpose of N.W.A's music video, Straight Outta Compton, was to promote the song as it had just been released(1988) but it also promotes the band. The video is also a visual representation into what they look like and you can see them performing the song which sometime helps people remember things better with a visual concept.

The music video uses a variety of camera angles and shot types, it starts off with a medium close up of one of the band members as he begins the song. It then leads onto a master shot where the whole band fills the frame with extra sky above, then as the beat kicks in it goes to a close up of their feet to show them walking switching quickly to what seems to be a POV of a car going round the corner of a road, switching back to another member of the group camera pointing down at the feet, moving further away to create a master shot as the group all walk toward the camera giving the effect that they are actually moving. it then flicks between the members singing and places, signs linking to what the lyrics they sing/rap.



They use a lot of POVs which I believe is to capture a feel for what it is they are experiencing, they constantly show close ups and master shots of the band and things that link in with what they are saying to make it more memorable. The camera also follows the members round objects smoothly and also the likes of straight roads it follows it straight down.



 It isn't a typical music video that is in a set building and they green screen edit it is actually linked to the music to show their life in representation form of a music video. We can see that it is filmed in a poor place in America where black people are mistreated and not really cared for so them performing this and using the police vehicles in the promo shows how they aren't bothered what the law thinks or assumes of them and they're going to carry on creating their music and going through their life. It is almost a message to the world showing what they go through and that they don't care. 



Educate-

This audio visual promo is to educate you on how everyone has mental health even if you can't see it. And explains how it helps to talk and they may be able to understand and help you. Whilst advertising the Anna Freud National center for children and families. The purpose behind it is to educate people to be aware on other people and their own mental health and how over come it.

It starts off with the company name on the screen and playing a bit of music, which then the writing fades out and more writing comes on with an animated heart and brain with the word "we all have mental health" to get straight to the point of the video. 
The video then goes onto an animated girl whilst the music fades out and the girls voice becomes louder as she begins to tell her story. it uses a close up shot of the girls face to show the worried look upon her face.

Then it uses special effects to go through her eye to show an animated brain being attacked by dots. Which represents her bad thoughts taking over causing her mental health problems.
It then uses more animations linking to what the girl was saying. Then it flicks onto a boys voice where he begins to tell his story.
It starts off showing a medium long shot with a high angle to show the next character.

Then it uses a wide shot to give a view of the whole scene.
It continues to use these different shots and angles throughout the animation, it then come to an end by the company name coming back onto screen and the words "we all have mental health" and gives you a website to go to if you want to learn more.





Inform-

The purpose of this audio visual promo is to inform you about what you can do incase you feel something is up but its not an emergency to call 999 or the GP. 
It starts off with a long shot of the character where you can see him feeling uneasy to set the scene. The sounds start off quiet. It then goes into a medium mid shot as it goes to focus on the subject. 


Then it uses speech to narrate information that is shown to be relatable to the audience. they then use a smooth zoom into the face to make what the character is saying more dramatic.


Its constantly flicking through scenes quickly to show how it would be busy in the mind of the character. The ad ends with the key information of how to contact 11 and the logo(call to action).
